Quality Engineer

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Position Overview:

The Quality Engineer is a critical role for the organization, as our customer base has strict quality requirements. The incumbent reports directly to Quality Manager and will have a breadth of responsibilities with exposure to multiple disciplines. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as technical acumen, time management or organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers and cross functional teams to ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory quality requirements.
• Lead quality activities for new product development and product launches, including First Article Inspections (FAI) and source inspections.
• Develop and execute product testing, inspections, and validation activities to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Drive root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Review engineering changes and manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
• Monitor quality performance, analyze trends, maintain quality documentation, and support compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and applicable military standards.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or technical AS Degree w/relevant experience-electrical disciplines preferred
• 3+ years of prior Quality Assurance experience
• Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 Quality System requirements; familiarity with AS9100 standards preferred
• Experience working in quality role in manufacturing environment
• Electronics, Electrical or Electromechanical manufacturing experience is desired
• Experience w/problem solving tools/methodology

Expected Base Salary Range: [$75,000 - $105,000]


The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
