Client Service Rep - Per Diem

Job Description: Provides client service support to our clients/patients with laboratory results in an accurate and professional manner. Handle questions, problems and complaints of all customers including physicians, patients and co-workers. * High School diploma or equivalent required. * AS degree preferred. * Customer service experience with knowledge of medical terminology required. Call center experience preferred. * Previous laboratory or medical office experience preferred. * Must be able to work independently. * Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to read, write and speak the English language.
