Program Manager III

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager III for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate has proven ability to identify project risks, coordinate resources, and communicate project status effectively to ensure successful delivery and resolution of technical issues.


Rate Range: $79/hour to $89/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Program Manager III Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead human factors research projects by developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering and research teams to drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of key objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving technical and operational issues.
• Track project progress and integrate team deliverables into a consolidated development schedule.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestone updates to stakeholders and leadership through regular reports and presentations.
• Identify and allocate the resources required to successfully implement projects and achieve business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field; MS preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in engineering or product development environments.
• Proven experience creating project work plans, managing schedules, and driving cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to identify risks, allocate resources, and drive resolution of technical issues.

Pay Details: $79.00 to $89.00 per hour
