Must-Haves • 5+ years of paralegal experience • Experience with contractor licensing processes • Knowledge of corporate governance • Strong organizational skills • Paralegal certificate or equivalent Nice-to-Haves • Experience in construction industry • Multi-state licensing experience • Knowledge of construction law • Notary Public commission Compensation & Logistics
