Senior Paralegal - Trade Licensing and Corporate

We're seeking a Senior Paralegal in Draper, UT to support trade licensing, corporate governance, and legal compliance for a construction services company.

Impact

• Enable business operations through effective license management

• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple states

• Support corporate transactions through expert documentation

• Drive efficiency through organized legal processes

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor license applications and renewals

• Research and track licensing requirements across states

• Support corporate governance and entity management

• Prepare and file corporate documents

• Maintain corporate records and minute books

• Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters

• Track regulatory changes affecting licensing

• Support contract review and management

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 5+ years of paralegal experience

• Experience with contractor licensing processes

• Knowledge of corporate governance

• Strong organizational skills

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in construction industry

• Multi-state licensing experience

• Knowledge of construction law

• Notary Public commission
