Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultations & Services: Perform haircuts, color treatments, styling, and other services based on clients' individual needs and preferences.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain a loyal client base by offering personalized services, expert advice, and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
• Sales & Product Knowledge: Recommend hair products and services to clients, ensuring they leave with everything they need to maintain their look.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other stylists, salon staff, and management to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience.
• Education & Growth: Participate in our ongoing training programs, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and salon services.

Desired Qualifications

• Licensed Hairstylist with a valid state license (required).
