At Bonfe, we’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who enjoys bringing order to chaos, developing people, and creating systems that make everyone around them more successful. What You’ll Own As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead the daily operation of our warehouse while partnering with leaders across the business to keep technicians, installers, and customers moving. You’ll be responsible for: Leading, coaching, and developing our warehouse and field support team Creating an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment Managing inventory accuracy and material flow Utilizing ServiceTitan to track inventory and analyze performance Building warehouse standards, processes, and accountability Managing company fleet coordination, maintenance scheduling, and compliance Working closely with Purchasing, Operations, Dispatch, Sales, and Service leadership Tracking KPIs and continuously improving warehouse performance Conducting regular one‑on‑one meetings and team huddles to keep your team engaged and growing What Makes You Successful We’re looking for someone who brings: 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience Experience leading and developing employees Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Confidence making decisions and solving problems independently Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments Experience with warehouse management software (ServiceTitan experience is a major plus) A continuous improvement mindset—you always think there’s a better way Why Bonfe?
