Job Description

Position: Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in Home Health
Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa
Shift: 8hr Day
Weekly Gross: $2584.00

Minimum Requirements:

• Active license as a Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Licensed in Iowa (If applicable) or compact eligible

• Two years of recent Home Health experience

• Active BLS
