Laboratory DirectorI'm hiring for a Laboratory Director in West Virginia! There is potential for sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.The Lab Director provides medical laboratory diagnostic and therapeutic information, products and services by establishing specimen preparation procedures; developing and implementing analytical procedures; evaluating laboratory information; consulting with pathologists; reporting results according to protocols mandated by the Hospital and Accrediting Agencies; maintains medical laboratory equipment performance by establishing quality standards; developing operations, quality and troubleshooting procedures; ensuring staff compliance; certifying instrument performance; arranging equipment replacement, service and repair; operates department within approved budget or provides appropriate justification; and more!Location: Near Valley Grove, WVType: Full-time and permanentShift: DaysRequirements: College degree; ASCP cert; prior experience, including 3 years in leadershipPay: 104k-156k/yrBenefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.OfferingMy clients are offering a competitive compensation and benefits package (PTO, health insurance, etc.), with potential for sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance!
