DCAS plays a critical role in managing the City's real estate portfolio, overseeing the acquisition, disposition, and reallocation of properties. With over 22 million square feet of leased private space, 400+ agreements permitting private use of City-owned property, and the management of 56 government buildings, DCAS depends on reliable and efficient real estate management systems to maintain operations. Currently, multiple legacy IPIS and Mainframe applications are at the end of their lifecycle and are being replaced by CRM-based features within the newly developed ACRES system. However, the senior developer responsible for maintaining these real estate systems is set to retire in April 2025, leaving DCAS at risk of losing critical technical expertise. To prevent operational disruptions and ensure a smooth transition, it is imperative to hire a Senior XRM Developer immediately. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of the ACRES real estate management system, ensuring a seamless transition from outdated systems. Design and implement CRM-based solutions to supplement out-of-the-box functionality. Develop a holistic reporting and analytics framework for improved decision‑making. Minimum Qualifications A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, engineering or a related field and four years of satisfactory full‑time experience related to information technology service management, process management, operations; A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and eight years of satisfactory full‑time experience related to information technology service management, process management, operations; Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. Preferred Skills 5+ years’ Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. Proven experience in customizing Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and form scripting. 5+ years’ Experience with Azure Integration Services, Web API, REST, and SOAP services. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 5+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 functional analysis, development, and design. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules Sales & Marketing/Field Services/Customer Service, including configuration, customization, and extension capabilities. Proficiency in creating both canvas and model‑driven apps. Experience in automating workflows and integrating various services. Strong skills in designing and managing data models, especially with Microsoft Dataverse. Skills in designing intuitive and user‑friendly interfaces. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Understanding of relational databases and SQL. Experience with object‑oriented design and design patterns.
