Position: Warranty Administrator Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Warranty Experience Mandatory Earnings: Based upon experience Work Schedule: Monday-Friday You will report to the Service Managers of your respective dealership. - Book warranty repair orders.
- Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up
- Service contracts claim submission and follow up.
- Maintain receivables schedules.
- Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors
- Investigate overdue, unsettled and short-paid claims.
- Maintain warranty database and records.
- CDK and Auto Dealer experience is required!!
- Possess strong communication skills and customer service experience.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work well with others and be part of a team.
- Computer proficient
