Program Manager (PM MAGTF C2 PMO Support Services)

Description DarkStar Intelligence seeks an accomplished Program Manager to serve as the single point of contact and lead execution of a Marine Corps program office support contract. The selected candidate will work closely with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), oversee a multidisciplinary team of acquisition, financial, operations, and technical professionals, and own staffing, deliverable quality, and customer relationships from transition through steady-state performance. The role includes briefing senior leaders and managing a firm-fixed-price services task order and its transition. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award Responsibilities Serve as the single point of contact and lead program execution for the entire effort. Work with the COR to resolve issues arising during contract execution. Ensure the contract is fully staffed; deliver and maintain an organizational chart of all team personnel. Prepare and deliver the monthly status report summarizing tasks completed, travel expenses, and risks and issues. Ensure CDRL deliverables are submitted on time through the Government-designated SharePoint site. Lead the post-award conference and attend Government-led quarterly performance reviews. Oversee quality against the Performance Requirements Summary standards.
