The Labor and Delivery Perinatal Staff Nurse Night Shift will report to a Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery within Women's and Children's Services, supported by experienced charge nurses, perinatal educators, lactation consultants, obstetricians, anesthesiologists, midwives, neonatologists, and a collaborative, diverse team; in this role the Labor and Delivery Perinatal Staff Nurse Night Shift will triage and manage high- and low-risk labors, guide families through induction, augmentation, VBAC, and surgical deliveries, circulate and recover cesarean births, champion safe fetal monitoring, and advance quality metrics using a leading EMR—while thriving among friendly nurses who value mentorship, teamwork, and shared governance.
