Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: The specialized Nursing Professional, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL), is sought for a facility in Iowa City, Iowa. This position involves providing critical care support in the cardiac catheterization recovery setting, with schedules consisting of day shifts and rotating hours, ensuring comprehensive patient care in a dynamic environment. Job Details: Schedule: Days, 4 to 10-hour shifts (0600-1630), Monday through Friday; rotating days and hours, with no night shifts, weekends, or holidays. Minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); experience with arterial and venous lines; flexibility to float to Cath lab, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, or Medical Care Unit (MCU) depending on experience; 1 year of experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in cardiac or interventional radiology environments is advantageous. Float: Float rotation may be required.
