TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, 54501!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – CCU / ICU

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care unit setting with a 1:2 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Work rotating 12-hour variable shifts, including every other weekend and every other holiday
• Float to similar units within skillset, including locations within a 40-mile radius, as needed; floating may be pre-scheduled
• Be available for on-call assignments; call-back minimum is 2 hours
• Occasionally care for pediatric surgical patients, which may include ENT or orthopedic cases
• Document patient care and clinical information using an electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current AHA or Red Cross BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Compliance with facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a critical access or rural hospital setting
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record charting
