Job Description A production associate will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. The role involves operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. You will also support preventative maintenance, keep work areas organized, and may work across departments. Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10-20 hours per week. Overtime shifts are Sun-Thu, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Report to the Production Manager and work onsite in Mequon, WI. Responsibilities Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures. Perform mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks. Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and lifting equipment. Use basic computer skills for production and documentation tasks. Work in any assigned department as needed. Perform physical tasks including lifting, cleaning, and equipment operation. Work required overtime (typically 10-20 hours per week). Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship. No previous related experience required.
