Senior Accountant Consultant – Leading Property Management Company (South Bay, CA) Duration : Through February 15, 2026 (potential to extend or convert to permanent) Base Pay Range $40.87/hr - $43.27/hr What You’ll Do Oversee day‑to‑day accounting functions for multiple properties Perform full‑cycle accounting, including general ledger, journal entries, and month‑end close Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis Partner with internal teams to support audits, budgeting, and forecasting Streamline accounting processes and uphold compliance with GAAP standards What We’re Looking For Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager (must be fully versed, not just exposure) 3‑5+ years of accounting experience within property management or real estate (industry type flexible) Strong understanding of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting Detail‑oriented, reliable, and adaptable within a consulting environment Standard holidays off (Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and two days for Thanksgiving — billed as full day’s) Potential to convert to permanent employment, though not guaranteed Collaborative, professional work culture with opportunities for extended engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Elite Group
