Poste Responsibilities Are you looking to join a dynamic company? We are seeking a Director of Sales for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. You will be responsible for the commercial performance in the following departments: 01, 03, 07, 26, 38, 42, 43, 63, 73 and 74. Here is what you can expect: Lead the commercial performance of your area by monitoring key indicators (revenue, margin, profitability) and driving sales development. Implement the strategic directions of the company and ensure their execution with the teams. Monitor commercial activity, business volumes, and performance indicators to meet the set objectives. Support, unify, and enhance the skills of teams by fostering a collective results-oriented dynamic. Identify the needs for support and training to support individual and collective performance. Participate in defining the national commercial strategy and contribute to its deployment in your area. Work closely with commercial, marketing, and support service teams to ensure a coherent and effective approach. Required Profile You have solid experience in selling technical solutions in an industrial environment and understand the energy performance challenges of clients. Comfortable managing complex sales cycles, you know how to lead commercial activities using relevant performance indicators and build effective action plans. You are proficient in activity tracking tools and commercial development methods. A field leader, you know how to unify, support, and advance your teams. Your interpersonal skills, listening ability, and taste for challenge allow you to create a results-oriented collective dynamic.
