Senior Manager role leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives within Medical Writing Science at a global biotechnology company. Responsible for translating business needs into implementation plans, coordinating testing and adoption activities, and ensuring solutions improve scientific and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

Execute technology-enabled transformation initiatives, coordinating milestones, stakeholders, and deliverables
Assess workflows, identify pain points, and contribute to future-state process design recommendations
Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and success measures
Plan and facilitate prototypes, pilots, testing, and implementation activities with cross-functional teams
Monitor adoption and initiative outcomes; identify and support continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

6 years experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, technology, or engineering industry
Bachelor's degree in technology discipline or equivalent
Experience supporting business transformation, digital innovation, or process improvement initiatives
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and implementation plans
Experience facilitating prototypes, pilots, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities
Strong analytical, project management, and facilitation skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups

Compensation: $134,200 - $201,200 base
