What You’ll Earn$25 – $38 /hour (based on experience & performance)
Performance incentives & bonus opportunities
Consistent, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)
- Service, repair, and installation in residential and light commercial settings
- Diagnose and solve plumbing issues
- Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
- Participate in new construction and system installs as we expand
- Perform or assist with mainline and sewer line replacements
- Deliver a high-level customer experience and communicate solutions clearly
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and a clean job site
Strong dispatch & office support (you focus on plumbing, not chaos)
