This full-time contract opportunity is based near Fort Worth, TX and runs from ASAP through June 30, 2027. The position involves working onsite, Monday through Friday with a schedule of 8:00 a.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m., providing valuable OT services within a supportive school environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Texas
• Prior experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to work independently and travel between multiple school sites
• Comfortable supporting a diverse K-12 caseload
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT therapy and consultation services to students across various campuses
• Assess student needs and develop individualized goals as part of IEPs
• Prepare and maintain detailed IEP paperwork and relevant documentation
• Attend ARD meetings, offering insights and recommendations on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
• Adapt therapy techniques and interventions to best support student achievement and engagement
