Available Positions:

• High School Life Skills Paraprofessional: Assist students in a Life Skills classroom, including direct instructional support and hygiene assistance as needed.
• High School Emotional Support Paraprofessional: Work with students in an emotional support classroom, supporting academic and behavioral goals.
• Middle School Emotional Support Paraprofessional: Join a team focused on the social, emotional, and educational development of middle schoolers in an emotional support setting.

Key Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of paraprofessional experience required.
• Must hold a paraprofessional certificate, 48+ college credits, or an associate’s degree or higher. (If not, willingness to obtain a para certificate is essential.)
• Comfortable assisting with daily routines, including hygiene support (for Life Skills role).
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to student success.

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction under the direction of certified staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students.
• Assist with behavior management and individualized student needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
• Contract dates: August 19, 2026 – May 26, 2027.
• 35 to 37.5 hours per week.
