IT Support Specialist

Key Tasks Image and set up laptops for new hires Check printers, replace toner, and help troubleshoot basic issues Help with meeting room setup and fix common A/V or connectivity problems Provide basic IT support to employees (hardware, software, and general troubleshooting) Set up desks, including unboxing and connecting monitors, docks, and peripherals Keep track of IT equipment and supplies (inventory system ITSM) Assist with on-premises physical security system Help with any general IT tasks as they come up Key Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent experience with 3 years direct related experience. Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (WIN7, XP, Windows Sever 2003, MS Office), PC hardware and other electronic equipment (printer, scanner, network) Knowledge and experience of customer service practices Good oral and written communication skills Ability to learn new skills quickly Problem analysis and problem solving Adaptability Planning & organizing Attention to detail Stress tolerance Social skills (dealing with internal/external customers) Our Values Frequentis USA is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
