Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves providing specialized nursing support in a busy surgical unit that handles a variety of procedures, including general, colorectal, gynecology, urology, eye, brachytherapy, plastics, uro-gynecology, and robotic surgeries. The nurse will primarily work on a 7-room unit, with float opportunities to other operating departments as needed. Candidates must be proficient in scrub procedures and able to operate a Da Vinci XI surgical robot.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift with an 8-hour shift times, Monday through Friday, often concluding between 7-8 pm; includes 2 weekend call shifts and approximately 1 shift from 11 am to 7:45 pm per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license (RN), certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and experience in operating room settings; minimal experience of 0 years required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Da Vinci XI surgical robot, knowledge of circulating and scrubbing in ophthalmic, gynecologic, urologic, and robotic surgeries.
• Additional Information: The role may involve floating between units depending on staffing needs and procedural deadlines. Candidates should be adaptable, collaborative, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
