Sr. Organizational Change Manager

Job Description The Senior Technology Adoption Specialist will lead a large-scale enterprise collaboration platform migration, driving organizational change management strategy, stakeholder engagement, and end-user adoption across a global workforce. This individual will design and execute a comprehensive change management roadmap, including readiness assessments, pilot programs, phased rollouts, and adoption measurement frameworks. Acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, they will provide white-glove support to senior stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations. The role partners closely with technical teams to translate complex system changes into practical, user-friendly experiences and communications. Responsibilities include developing role-based enablement programs, customized transition playbooks, training curricula, and multi-channel communication campaigns tailored to diverse employee groups. The specialist will establish and manage a global network of change champions to promote adoption, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement efforts. They will facilitate workshops, office hours, and employee support channels to drive engagement throughout the transformation journey. The position also requires defining and tracking key adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and user sentiment to measure success and guide decision-making. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives, influencing executive stakeholders, and bridging technical and business teams. Strong expertise in organizational change management methodologies, collaboration technology migrations, and executive-level communication is essential. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of dedicated Organizational Change Management experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives, preferably within global technology organizations.8+ years of direct hands-on experience leading or heavily contributing to enterprise collaboration tool migrations (specifically Microsoft Teams, Slack Enterprise Grid, or equivalent enterprise chat platforms).Demonstrated track record of operating independently, influencing C-level executives and VPs, and delivering white-glove executive enablement.Deep grounding in established change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter), combined with the agility to adapt frameworks to fast-paced, 6-month delivery timelines.Strong ability to interface effectively with both technical engineering teams (infrastructure, security, IT systems) and non-technical business stakeholders.Outstanding written, visual, and verbal storytelling skills with the ability to distill technical jargon into relatable everyday practices.Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCMP) or equivalent certification.Deep functional familiarity with Slack Enterprise Grid features (e.g., Connect, Huddles, Workflow Builder, Canvas) and their Microsoft Teams counterparts.Experience navigating organizational changes involving deep Microsoft 365 workflow dependencies (Power Automate, SharePoint structures).
