Number of staff: 5-6 RNs, 2-3 LNAs

Patient ratios: 5-6:1

Type of equipment: Hoyer, CPM, EMR, Code Cart

Skill Set Most recruited for: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Preferred or nice to have: Candidates with these skills will be considered first. 2 years of experience in Med Surg, orthopedics, and bariatrics.

Typical procedures performed on the unit: Orthopedic Surgery (Knees, hips, shoulders, cervical), bariatrics.

Best personality fit: Work collaboratively with team members, patient-focused.

Floating areas: Medical Oncology

Dress code: No specific color for scrubs required

Weekends and on-call: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule.
