Workforce Development ManagerLocation: Zanesville, OH 43701 Shift: 8 hours Days Duration: Permanent full time Salary range: $#####,000 to $#####4,000 per annum with benefitsOnsite position; required to be onsite 5 days/week; will travel to various schools/colleges in the areaMinimum of a Bachelors Degree required (cannot be 'in process'). Prior health care experience is required. At least three years of workforce development experience required. Prior experience at a management level, however, while strongly preferred is not required.This position will function as the Genesis school/college liaison, building relationships with schools that will involve educating students on healthcare careers, assisting with curriculum development for technical programs, coordinating/attending job/career/school fairs, etc. This manager's goal will be to promote the choice of healthcare careers within the younger local workforce. Candidate must have experience with public speaking and excel with such. Position reports to HR Director.Candidates requiring relocation will not be a priority. Our focus is to secure a candidate already familiar with southeastern Ohio and its various educational institutions.
