Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs. \n Develop and regularly update personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, measuring progress and adapting strategies as necessary. \n Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other health care professionals, including psychiatrists and medical staff, to facilitate comprehensive care for clients. \n Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system. \n Effectively manage a diverse caseload while ensuring each client receives the attention and support they need to thrive. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work with a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your primary focus will be on helping these individuals achieve optimal mental health outcomes through personalized care approaches that respect their cultural and individual identities. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n Possession of valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure in the state of Arizona is essential. \n Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, with a strong commitment to client-centered care. \n Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to effectively communicate with clients and team members. \n Preferred Experience\n \n A minimum of two years’ experience in a mental health counseling setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practices. \n Experience working in a community health clinic environment is highly desirable, as it equips you with the necessary skills to navigate diverse client needs. \n Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology, as our services include virtual therapy options. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually.
