Compensation and Benefits Hourly Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour Bonuses: Productivity and attendance bonuses Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days (shared cost between employer and employee) Insurance: Employer-paid life insurance, short-term disability (STD), and long-term disability (LTD) Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company match up to 3%, starting the first of the month after 90 days Paid Time Off: Up to 76 hours of PTO per year, inclusive of vacation, personal, and sick leave Primary Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as per physician orders Prepare patients by verifying health information and the reason for imaging Properly position patients to obtain optimal images and adjust equipment as needed Adhere to established protocols and safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring functionality and cleanliness Update patient records with imaging details and results promptly Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, address concerns, and maintain confidentiality Collaborate with providers to discuss imaging results Be willing to cross-train in medical receptionist and/or medical assistant duties to support high patient volume times Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment Why You'll Love Working Here At Live Urgent Care, we offer monetary incentives for perfect attendance, the ability to travel to multiple locations, and recognition as Employee of the Month. Requirements Education and Experience Associate's degree or higher Valid certification in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program Current State licensure as an X-Ray Technologist New graduates are welcome to apply Knowledge and Skills Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently or as part of a team Exceptional customer service skills Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and time management Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Physical Demands Occasionally required to sit Occasionally required to walk Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms Occasionally required to lift moderate weights (25-50 pounds) Required finger dexterity Required hand coordination The physical demands listed here represent those necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. #J-18808-Ljbffr
