Accounting Clerk

AVStar Fuel Systems Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our aerospace manufacturing team.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Enter invoices, bills, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Maintain general ledger accuracy
• Prepare financial and accounting reports
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Support audits and maintain organized financial documentation
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally
• Restocks supplies and inventory; places blanket and special orders as needed.
• Enters purchase order data in the inventory control system.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with Job Boss preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening
