Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
As a QI Field Services Specialist , you will support quality assurance across home and community-based health services. Your key responsibilities include conducting site visits , performing audits , and monitoring compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. You will analyze service data , identify trends , and collaborate with program teams to develop and implement performance improvement plans . In partnership with clinicians and administrators , you will provide coaching, training , and follow-up to promote best practices.
