cake decision process. This position will be a part time position but will consider being a full time position if willing to help at the Retail counter in the bakery. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their cake on their wedding day.
- Manage client communications and provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer innovative ideas and solutions to clients.
- Proven experience in the Wedding or Bridal industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including every Saturday.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail to ensure every aspect of the wedding is perfect.
