Suncoast One Title & Closings is seeking an experienced Florida Escrow Officer/Title Closer for our Port Charlotte market.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical closing skills with the ability to provide an exceptional experience for buyers, sellers, REALTORS, lenders, and everyone involved throughout the closing process.

$60,000–$85,000 annual base salary, plus performance bonuses

Compensation reflects your experience, responsibilities, and established referral relationships. We offer flexible salary and bonus packages, with greater earning potential for professionals who bring an established following and develop new business.

• Suncoast One pays 90% of employee premiums for health, dental, vision, short-term disability and long-term disability coverage.

• Two weeks of paid vacation, one week of paid sick time and seven paid holidays.

Vacation allowances may be negotiated for candidates with long tenure to recognize their existing vacation benefits.

• Manage residential real estate transactions from title/escrow processing through closing and post-closing.
• Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements/CDs, escrow instructions, and related transaction documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with buyers, sellers, REALTORS, lenders, attorneys, and other transaction participants.
• Manage escrow funds and closing requirements accurately and in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Identify and help resolve title, closing, and transaction issues before they interfere with closing.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication throughout the transaction.
• Provide a high level of service and create a positive closing experience for clients and referral partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with REALTORS, lenders, clients, and other referral partners.
• Contribute to the continued growth of Suncoast One's Port Charlotte market through excellent service, relationship development, and business-development activity.
• Work collaboratively with the Port Charlotte team and other Suncoast One offices.

• Florida title insurance, escrow, or residential real estate closing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage residential real estate closings.
• Strong working knowledge of the Florida real estate closing process, title requirements, and escrow responsibilities.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple active files.
• Familiarity with Port Charlotte and the surrounding Charlotte County/Southwest Florida real estate market is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with REALTORS, lenders, builders, attorneys, or other potential referral sources are highly valued.
• Ability and desire to develop new business relationships is highly valued.
• Experience with Qualia or comparable title-production and closing software is beneficial.
• Leadership ability or the potential to take on greater responsibility in the future is valued but is not required for this position.
