Senior Software QA Engineer

Leading the end-to-end quality assurance strategy for mechatronic systems, the full-time Senior Software QA Engineer will execute rigorous software and hardware testing, develop automated testing suites, and ensure high system performance in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead quality assurance efforts for airborne hardware, ground docks, and cloud backends Author and execute comprehensive test plans and manage execution metrics using test management platforms Perform log-level debugging and issue isolation across microcontrollers and edge devices using Linux CLI tools Required qualifications Experience in systems engineering and QA for safety-critical mechatronic systems such as robotics or UAVs Mastery of Linux environments and log-level debugging across embedded devices Proficiency in Python or Bash for creating custom testing scripts Demonstrated skill in structuring test plans and managing execution metrics in tools like Qase Technical familiarity with serial communications and edge computing technologies
