If you have a curious mind, a strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a global leader, this role is for you!/ppWork environment:/ppOur Bedford Park plant is a dynamic, 300-acre facility operating 24/7, 365 days a year. Youll be part of a unionized team working rotating 5-week shifts across three shifts (8-16 hours), five days a week. While the work is challenging, it offers opportunities for growth and stability./ppThe plant atmosphere can be demanding, with varying temperatures, noise levels, and potential exposure to heights. Respiratory protection may be required in certain areas and it also may also involve encounters with pests./ph3What You Will Do:/h3ulliOperate and maintain equipment, transforming corn into its valuable components./liliEnsure our products meet the highest standards of purity and consistency./liliIdentify and resolve challenges to optimize efficiency and product quality./liliContribute to process improvements and new product development./liliSafely operate and maintain production equipment within specifications./liliDiagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions./liliIdentify and recommend enhancements to processes and procedures./liliMonitor production operations through computer systems and controls./liliConduct product sampling and testing to ensure compliance./liliLoad, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products./liliPerform physically demanding tasks (standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs and ladders, working in confined spaces, etc.)/liliMaintain accurate records of inventory levels and product movement./liliSafely handle and work with chemicals according to guidelines/liliPrioritize safety in every action, safeguarding yourself and your team./liliLearn and perform various job duties as needed./li/ulh3What You Will Bring:/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED (required)/liliAbility to pass pre-employment assessments, background checks, and physical and drug screenings as required.
