Job Description Job Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Company: Genesis Home Care DBA GenesisRPM Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Work Setting: In-home care Position Summary GenesisRPM is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistants to provide quality care to elderly and disabled individuals in their homes. The CNA will assist clients with daily living activities while promoting their safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. Primary Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Help with walking, transferring, positioning, and mobility. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Provide medication reminders as permitted by the care plan. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other tasks related to the client’s care. Provide companionship and emotional support. Observe and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior. Follow each client’s approved care plan and scheduled service hours. Complete required service documentation accurately and on time. Clock in and out according to company procedures. Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries. Immediately report emergencies, incidents, falls, injuries, or safety concerns. Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and other care team members. Qualifications Current CNA certification. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Current TB screening or test. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance may be required. Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, including assisting with transfers and mobility. Previous home care experience is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, respectful, patient, and compassionate. Why Work at GenesisRPM?
