EMFOI INC is looking for a talented and driven Medical Physicist to join our team in San Francisco, CA. Provides medical physics testing, annual equipment certifications, radiation safety quality assurance, and regulatory compliance oversight for diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine suites (X-Ray, CT, PET/CT, SPECT/CT, MRI, Ultrasound, DEXA). Candidate Requirements
- Degree: Master’s in Medical Physics, Health Physics, or related STEM discipline.
- Board Certification: Active ABR or ABMP Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiological Physics .
- Accreditations: ACR/FDA Mammography qualified; accredited for CT, PET/CT, SPECT/CT, and lead construction.
- Equipment: Must supply own phantoms and specialized testing tools.
- Security: Ability to pass a VA NACI/NACLC background screening.
- Location: San Francisco Bay Area proximity preferred for rapid emergency dispatch.
