Occupational Therapist
Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation Services. Hospital based.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8hr days, flexible.
Job Requirements: Must have an active OT license in AZ, at least 6 months of experience, and be accredited.
Compensation: Competitive based on experience.
