Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the vibrant community near Oregon City, Oregon. Working approximately four days per week, you'll serve students by assessing, diagnosing, and implementing therapy programs to foster communication skills and confidence.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfort with digital documentation and learning new technology platforms
• Willingness to participate in Zoom interviews and district onboarding requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized speech/language therapy for students assigned
• Develop IEPs and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate, timely session notes and required documentation
• Engage in team meetings, professional development, and training as directed
• Adapt therapy methods to fit both caseload and evolving district needs
• Travel (as needed) to assigned schools within the district
• Stay informed about district initiatives and actively contribute to program goals
