Registered Nurse (RN) - Community Rehabilitation

Join our dedicated team at a state-of-the-art, 40-bed acute rehabilitation hospital that specializes in the treatment and recovery of individuals who have suffered severe injuries or illnesses. Our facility provides customized and intense rehabilitation programs tailored to the unique needs of patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Schedule

Shift: 06:30-19:00

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Administer medications and ensure proper care management.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and rehabilitation strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
