Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) – Concierge Night Nurse

Full-Time | 7 PM – 7 AM Lebanon, TN

We are seeking an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight one-on-one care for a client in the Lebanon area. This position is ideal for a nurse who values relationship-centered care, clinical excellence, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

This position will provide dedicated overnight nursing care for an adult client with comfort medical needs in their home.

The ideal nurse will be comfortable supporting both the physical and emotional needs of the client while maintaining a calm, reassuring presence throughout the night.

Experience caring for patients with oncology diagnoses, chronic illness, palliative care, or end-of-life support is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities may include:

• Medication administration and symptom management
• Monitoring for changes in condition and communicating concerns appropriately
• Assistance with activities of daily living as needed
• Providing comfort measures and emotional support
• Supporting family members and caregivers through education and compassionate communication
• Maintaining a safe, peaceful environment overnight

This role is ideal for a nurse who understands that exceptional care extends beyond clinical skills alone.

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of care
• Monitor patient status and report significant changes to the supervising Registered Nurse and physician
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Assist with symptom management, wound care, and ongoing assessments
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding disease processes, medications, and home care techniques
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Serve as a compassionate advocate for both the client and family

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment
• Previous home health, private duty, oncology, hospice, or palliative care experience preferred
• Experience caring for medically complex patients preferred

Full-Time 7 PM – 7 AM Weekdays and rotating weekends as needed
