As an early member of the team and an Operations and Project Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and gain a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of the business. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize the team's work by managing our business processes (Technology), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
