If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where trust and impact matter, you'll feel at home here.Responsibilities:Build and update website pages using our CMS (Storyblok) and frontend framework (Next.js /Vercel stack)Translate Figma designs and marketing briefs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and SEO-friendly web experiencesCollaborate with designers and content managers to execute A/B tests, optimize landing pages, and roll out new content blocksMaintain technical hygiene by troubleshooting broken links, form integrations, performance issues, and UX bugsOwn staging environments and QA all site changes before publishingPartner with Growth Engineering and Design to improve load speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibilityMonitor performance using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other tools to support marketing insightsQualifications:3+ years or more of experience in front-end development or website operationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related fieldProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with modern frameworks like React/Next.jsExperience working with headless CMS (e.g., Storyblok) and deployment tools like VercelFamiliarity with SEO principles, conversion best practices, and UX basicsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple site updates in a fast-paced, iterative environmentStrong communicator who can work cross-functionally and adapt to feedback quicklyMust be able to work in-person 2-days a week in our New York location.Base salary range:$115,000 - $160,000 USDWhy join us?Key moment to join Aircall in terms of growth and opportunitiesOur people matter, work-life balance is important at AircallFast-learning environment, entrepreneurial and strong team spirit45+ Nationalities: cosmopolite & multi-cultural mindsetCompetitive salary package & benefitsDE&I Statement: At Aircall, we believe diversity, equity and inclusion – irrespective of origins, identity, background and orientations – are core to our journey.We pride ourselves on promoting active inclusion within our business to foster a strong sense of belonging for all.
