Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an ICU patient load using established standards of care and the nursing process
- Monitor and respond to patient needs, administer medications, and perform complex clinical procedures within scope of practice
- Collaborate with physicians, unit charge nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
- Assess patient progress, document care activities, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff across shifts, delegating tasks as appropriate
- Provide patient and family education, support, and safe, healing, humane care in the ICU environment

Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice; BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification from an approved vendor, per policy
- Experience: At least two years of recent practice in the field, with ICU or acute care experience preferred
- Education: BSN preferred
- Essential skills: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICU setting; EPIC experience preferred
- Other: Must be able to fulfill the requirements of a travel assignment and meet facility onboarding standards
