Summary: Collects finish oil to do application to send to the client. Keep track of the inventory of oils and retains filled applications for perfumers and evaluation. Handle all raw materials from production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, but not limited to:

• Prepare sample requests for the client.
• Prepare sample requests using inventory from the stock.
• Prepare formulas for evaluation department.
• Assist perfumery lab when is necessary.
• Give a completed sample to quality control for approval.
• Have the fragrance odor approved by the perfumer.
• Pack the proper amount as per the sample request and give it to shipping.
• Prepare all types of applications for internal evaluation.
• Keep sample request retain in order.
• Keep a clean and organized workstation.
• Maintain the raw materials of the station inventory updated.
• Add stock inventory on the computer.
• Prepare solutions and enter in Dory System.
• Robot back up (putting formulas on the robot, doing the flash points, Rudolph)
• Single point person to handle the raw materials daily (for the lab & robot) maintain all raw materials up to date in Dori once QC approved.
• Prepare solutions for the labs
• Help maintain the fragrance library
• Shipping back up
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
