LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Job Description & Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 2 years of RN experience required
• Stepdown Experience: Required
• Critical Care Experience: Preferred
• Previous Travel Experience: Strongly preferred
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• BSN: Preferred
• Licensure: Current Arkansas RN License or Compact State RN License in good standing

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support): Required
• ACLS
• PALS
• State License
• COVID-19 Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
• Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed

Float Pool Assignment Details

This is a float position that may support:

• Emergency Department (ER) Hold Patients
• Overflow Units
• Adult Psychiatric Units
• Geriatric Psychiatric Units
• Inpatient Rehabilitation Units

Candidates must be comfortable floating to assigned areas based on facility needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients.
• Utilize the nursing process to:
  • Assess
  • Diagnose
  • Plan
  • Implement
  • Evaluate patient care plans
• Deliver care through the facility’s Shared Governance model.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Promote evidence-based practice and support a healing environment for patients and families.
• Provide leadership and support within the nursing team.
