A day in the life of a Therapist Assistant (TA) – Play an integral part in a patient’s treatment experience by providing support to them during a challenging period of time for them and their families Support patients throughout their treatment process by teaching life skills, personal development, good hygiene habits, etc. Engage in dialogue with a collaborative team of staff to ensure we are providing exceptional patient care Identify the immediate needs of each patient on an individualized level of care Transport patients on company vehicles – weekly grocery shopping trips, volunteering events, evening transportation to fellowship meetings, to and from MARC clinical office during daytime weekday hours, etc. Implement clinical directives passed on by the clinical team and coordinate care by identifying the immediate needs of each patient on an individualized level of care What opportunities do you have? This position is staffed twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS NEEDED .
