Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a proficient and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist ready to join a dynamic team of imaging specialists dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing explanations of each step with kindness and clarity
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, reporting any issues promptly
• Accurately document procedures and manage patient records in the electronic medical system
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and standards

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
