We are committed to nurturing an enjoyable work atmosphere demonstrated through activities such as Spirit Days, Cancer Awareness events, Health and Wellness activities, and fun sports opportunities to play in basketball, bags, and ping pong tournaments!We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits package as well as: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, Life insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, PTO, and more!Opportunities for career advancement and professional growthOngoing learning and training and development opportunitiesCompany and department led team-building activities and eventsResponsibilities:Learns to independently set up 25% and operate 100% of the machine groups in the respective areaOpens and closes each jobLoads wire efficiently and safely using appropriate tools and removes empty spoolsMeasures and inspects the wire quality throughout each step of the set up processOperates all testing equipment including: micrometers, calipers, etc.Retrieves all gauges, tooling, racks, and materials neededDemonstrates the ability to perform heat samplingRemoves and installs machine toolingSets up machine(s), adjusts tooling, sets parameters for each jobAssists leads and supervisors with teaching and training machine Operators with day-to-day responsibilitiesLearns to complete basic troubleshooting and adjustments to machinesCommunicates regularly with machine Operators regarding any machine issuesDemonstrates the ability to perform wire rejection proceduresParticipates in cross departmental work production based on business needsLearns and upholds defined quality standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and optimize work efficiencyStrives to achieve team and individual specified production targetsExperience working in a manufacturing or related environmentMechanical experience including: operation of high speed automatic and semi-automatic equipment requiredSet up and adjustment of metal forming processes (stamping, forming, shearing) requiredExperience troubleshooting production equipment and ability to identify machine problems requiredExperience measuring parts with precision instruments including: micrometers, digital calipers, etc.Pass required exam of math and EnglishApply today and discover the opportunities that await you!A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $19.00 - $24.00 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
