Job Description
As a Spa Associate, you will create a welcoming guest experience while supporting smooth daily spa operations. This role offers a growth path toward becoming a Spa Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage reception activities
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Complete client check-in procedures
- Support retail sales
- Maintain facility cleanliness and upkeep
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in spa operations
- Experience with appointment scheduling software
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Customer service skills
- Inventory management experience
- Strong verbal communication
- Effective time management
