What You’ll Do As a Med Tech Caregiver on the NOC Shift, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the care and attention they deserve during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include: Administering medications accurately and in a timely manner. Monitoring residents’ well-being and responding to their needs with care and professionalism. Assisting with daily living activities, such as hygiene, mobility, and comfort. Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate team members. Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff alike. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate individual who brings: 3 years of caregiving experience (required). Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow medication administration protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents, families, and team members. A caring and patient demeanor, with a genuine passion for helping others. The ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts. Why Join Mountain Springs?
